- 50ml sake, see notes below
- 1 tbsp yuzu juice
- 75ml dry sparkling cider
Method
- STEP 1
Fill a tumbler or old fashioned glass with ice. Add the sake, yuzu juice and dry sparkling cider. Mix well before serving.
